I had a wonderful experience recently at J Team. -Before any procedure, the stylist, Shannie, offered consultation and advice to the me. J Team stylists are very honest and professional. At first, I wanted Balayage to try to grow out my “pudding hair” I acquired from my last bleaching. However, Shannie advise me it may not be the best decision and offer others alternative. After having all my queries answered, I decided to go with her advice and I LOVE the outcome. -I’ve dyed my hair here twice; I have to say J Team is expert when it comes to colouring. They are able to let me know how the colour will turn up to be at the start and months later pretty accurately which helps me a lot when I made my decision. -All the staff here is warm and friendly, I like the vibe. -There is toilet in the store which is always a plus point. I do not wish to run to the toilet with my hair half done.

It was my first visit to J Team Hair Studio for Organic Rebonding, and it definitely won’t be my last! The service I received was outstanding. My hairstylist, Hailey, was excellent at what she does, and the rest of the team was equally professional and passionate about their work. I could see that they truly take pride in what they do. Thank you so much, Hailey, for helping me achieve the style I wanted and for your valuable advice. I truly appreciate it!

Love my hair! First time here and such a pleasant experience, eventhough there was many people they tried their best to not have me wait too long! Everyone was really nice & i love that they were so gentle too! Will definitely come back!

I am so happy with the services at J Team, they were not pushy at all. Being my first time here, Hailey carefully listened to what I wanted and what I dislike, and recommended me the appropriate colour for my hair. The colour turned out really nice and it was what I wanted. Everyone in the salon was also very friendly.. They were careful and notice small details like sensitive scalp and did the necessary and informing their team members when they came over to help. Overall, recommended and will come back again! :)

Testimonial: Went to Bedok Reservoir outlet to revamp my hair with a Light Ash Brown Balayage Tone. Greeted with a team full of skills. Apologies, i couldn't remember their names but all of them did good on my hair and the colour did turned out the way i wanted ! They recommended to use protection on my hair before bleaching and yeap, my hair did not damage after 5 long hours of bleach and dyes. Definitely will come back again, finally found a good neighbourhood hair salon after years of searching!
