I would say that I feel very comfortable going to this salon. They always do a good job. Did wash and trim as well as hair colour by Terence. He is always very nice. The shampoo I have been using is the best for my type of hair as it does not drop anymore. Love this salon and will always go here for treatment or any other service. Feel welcomed and recommended.

A well managed salon located in the heart of Clementi Town. Innovation has quickly become my regular hairdresser and with good reason. The skills of the hairstylists are pretty commendable. Was served by Vicky for high/low lights plus treatment. The colour turned out like what I had expected, and the treatment really made my hair much more manageable and livelier than before. There was a constant flow of customers into the salon during my time there, which shows the quality of the hairdressers as there are a few other salons nearby offering much lower prices. Wanted to find a Clementi hair salon and decided to give this place a try. Terence, the hair stylist who served me was very polite and skillful. He also gave me a few suggestions to improve my hair. Overall the environment is comfortable and price is reasonable. I'd visit this place again.
