Truth be told: I was brought here after being rejected for walk-ins by the 2 salons on level 4. I just needed a cut + wash. Jean did it perfectly. I’m glad that I got rejected prior. To clarify: this salon was filled when I got there. I was expecting to be turned away; I was welcomed. A lovely surprise! 10% off on 2nd return too! And absolutely 0 upselling and hard selling. That’s my type of salon.

Great experience and best of all great haircut done by Jean. Great value for money and met my hair cut requirement standards. I would certainly I back for my subsequent haircuts. There are so many salons I’ve tried in Tampines so far this is the best of the lot.

I had this salon recommended to me by my wife. Having gone to a barber normally, I expanded my horizons since moving to Singapore, and I'm very impressed! Compliments go to the whole team for their friendliness, coordination of washing, cutting, drying, and smooth payment process. In particular, I would like to point out Sophia who has always been able to squeeze me in for a haircut even when I just randomly walk in. My kids also go there now so this is a family 5 star experience! Another shout out to Kenji for always making sure my wife has a great cut and exactly what she's after! He also remembers me and makes me feel comfortable when she's not with me. I also love how you get 10% for being a member and they know your name and if you're a member before you even arrive. I was served by Jean a month ago. She is very patient, professional and did a good job for me. I showed her what I wanted from the media. She tried her best to give me the effect and when done , she even admitted to me that the highlights were a bit light. I said I am fine with it. Appreciated her honesty. She was not pushy. Didn’t push me to do expensive treatment when I told her I do treatment at home. This is the first time I am at icon after a very long break. After a month now, I am still able to maintain the look thanks to her advice. Will go back again.

Did soft rebonding (shiseido) that lasted 2.5hours. Really satisfied with my hair appointment today. Jean & her colleague fixed up my Lion Frizzy Hair. Jean is professional and gave me a consultation before starting, and listed out my options, was not pushy with sales too. She ensured my hair is being straightened properly by checking every now & then. She even helped me remove my split ends without compromising the length. I also noticed all the other stylists were very professional and ensured all their customers were satisfied with the results before they left the salon. Sam was also very patient with me and gave me a 10% discount. Very friendly too. Will definitely recommend this salon to anyone who comes to Tampines 1 looking for a hair salon.
