A wonderful experience with lovely the lovely lady Barber Eri-san. While tending to the service I chatted happily about a lot of things with the crew there as they tend to my needs! The place is situated at the heart of Singapore and their professionalism is just too notch. It's a bit pricey but their service makes up for it. Will comeback again in the near future! 素晴らしいサービス！！
One of the best experience for my haircut. They also provided shaving services, face massages, hair spa and also ear spa. Eri was a wonderful hairstylist. I also very happy with the other staff as they were very engaging and dedicated to their work. Felt very comfortable and welcomed to HIROGINZA. Will definitely return next time.

My first visit after searching around online. Had always wanted to experience a Japanese barber but worried about the communication barrier whenever I visit Japan. Amazing service from Stylist Eri who checked through my face shape and gave a cut accordingly. She paid attention to small details just to ensure the cut is perfect. Also did the perm which turn out well. Shout-out to Rozza who did the massage portion. She consistently checked on whether the pressure and water temperature is suitable. And also describing every procedure. Will definitely return to try out new styles next time.
