Heart Springs Spa (Hougang Mall)

I've been a customer here for nearly 20 years. They have many skillful masseuse who stay for a few years before returning to China but the new ones are equally good. Today's therapist really did a good job. Skillfully massaged away all the deep aches and pain. Pleasant lady who is attentive. Very polite too. Highly recommend

I had an amazing experience at Heart Spring Spa (Hougang Mall) thanks to Vanilla! She did a fantastic job on my facial and eyebrows. My skin feels so refreshed, and my brows look perfect! Vanilla is professional, attentive, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I'll definitely be coming back for future treatments. Highly recommend!

Heart Springs Spa offers a wide range of services, from foot massage, back massage, eye massage and facial skin care. The environment is clean, well-maintained and hygienic, quiet and peaceful. The staffs are very courteous and professional. No pushy up-selling of packages too. My skin tech, Vanilla, is very skillful. My skin condition has shown significant improvement after 6 sessions. The process is painless, calm and relaxing. Highly recommended to come here for your routine self-love and self-care. ❤️

Excellent Experience, Highly Recommend! I recently visited Heart Spring Spa (Hougang Mall) and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Xin Yong, my massage therapist, was professional, skilled, and attentive to my needs. I felt completely at ease throughout the session. The massage itself was incredibly soothing, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and relieve stress. Adding on, Exceptional Service from the Manager Anna too! I had the pleasure of interacting with Anna and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, she is warm, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable and welcome. Anna took the time to answer my questions and ensured that my experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. It’s clear that she care deeply about the quality of service and customer satisfaction. I will definitely be coming back and recommend this place to others based on the fantastic management and overall excellent service. On the other hand, Simon(my parents massage therapist) who is highly skilled and really cares about his clients' well-being. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Therapist's Simon too!

Signed up a lash package here which was really worth the value and highly recommended! Elin does my lash. She is very thorough and patient. My lash can last for as long as 6 weeks or more, which is longer than the lash I did previously at another lash salon. Anna, the manager, and Bell, the receptionist, are helpful and welcoming. The customer service here is impeccable! A big thank you to the team at Heartstrings Hougang Mall!
