Doctor is very thorough and patient. Every patient has their undivided attention. Busy almost every hour and every day. Patience is key to all who are unwell. Everyone there is doing their best. ☺️
I’ve been coming to this GP clinic for a while now, and I always return because of the excellent service. Dr Phoon is highly skilled and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes me feel confident in the treatment. The staff are also very helpful they always explain my medications and any instructions in detail. While the wait times can sometimes be long, I feel the care I receive is worth it. Overall, a great clinic with a caring and professional team!
Reyna, Hamidah & Mariz are friendly, caring and helpful to all patients. They always explain the medications and any instructions in details at the front-end. I would like to show my appreciation for staffs and doctors at this clinic especially Dr Lawrence Lam who are meticulous and professional and patient. Though the waiting times can sometimes be long, I feel the care I receive is worth it.
Staffs are very approachable and friendly. The Doctor really attended to my needs and explained the case to me. He’s very knowledgeable and I got better immediately. This is a clinic I highly recommend to all.
