Dr Fong has been our family doctor since the time his clinic was at Rivervale Mall. He is always careful and detailed in his assessment, and willing to discuss the best management plan with you. The nurses were kind and helpful with arranging an appointment. Initially they were fully booked but they called me back when an availability opened up. Will definitely continue to come back here as I trust Dr Fong completely.

Doctor was very informative in explaining to me my conditions and answering my queries or concerns I had. He took the time to examine my condition and give explanations to each of what was happening. Definitely a doctor I will 100% recommend to anyone around the area.

Dr Fong has always been very patient & detailed with his examination before prescribing any medication. He is especially good when handling kids and stubborn elderly. He will go way and beyond to check for every details. Without his detailed tests, I would have lost my hearing (previous visit to polyclinic brushed my blocked ears and dizziness symptoms as flu is coming up). His medication works for me like magic. Another occasion of vomiting and gastric was not brush off easily as gastric flu. He insisted a specialist appt even after the symptoms were gone. It was indeed more than just gastric flu. His knowledge and skills are on par if not better than any specialist doctor.
