Healing Touch (One Holland Village)

Healing touch One Holland Village is one of the nicest deep tissue massage I’ve experienced. It’s a last minute reservation and they replied me promptly! Diana guided me with the location and is patient to explain their offerings and services. I’ve opted for a 90 minutes deep tissue massage for $102 (excluding gst) and I must say is worth every penny and minute. As I was a first customer I was given the trial amount of $88! My therapist Gina is very meticulous and caring. She made sure that the pressure was just right and that I wasn’t cold by switching on the massage bed’s warmer. She ensured I’m comfortable all throughout the session. Thank you so very much Gina (Ms. Buaklee Supranee). I’ll book and look for you next time! ☺️💛💛

I visited the newly opened Healing Touch outlet at One Holland Village today, and it was a delightful experience! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind. I tried their facial treatment and thoroughly enjoyed it—definitely worth a visit! A lovely touch was their own special 养生 tea and sweet treats, which added to the overall relaxing vibe. 🥰 Highly recommended!

I went for the opening special at $99 instead of $325. It included 60 min deep tissue massage with 15 min concurrent sea salt hot compress and 60 min facial with lymphatic drainage face lifting massage. The massage was wonderful. The masseuse was mindful of my injured areas and used mainly her forearms instead of hands. Felt very relaxed after. I moved to another area for facial. It was very interesting. All hands, no fancy equipment or technology. Could feel how lifting it was and my skin was overall brighter. However, the reason why I’m giving this place 4 stars is because of the reservation/ admin staff. I made my appointment a month ahead but they booked it on the wrong date. Secondly, I wanted to book it for a friend too but was told that there was only space for one pax. Even in my confirmation message, it clearly stated it was for one. When I went for my appointment today, the appointment was made for two. If the front desk was able to sort that out, it would have been a great experience.

Had been a customer with Healing Touch since two years ago. This new branch is well run and I had a good 1.5hr 4P tension massage by Gina. She’s attentive and mindful besides undoing all the tight knots on my shoulder and back. For example upon knowing I felt cold, she gave me some warm blankets. The front counter staffs Finah and Kimmy were nice and non pushy. When I explain why I am skeptical to buy long term packages they were understanding and respectful, making the visit a relaxed one.

Walk pass and saw Healing Touch. I tried the trial and saw that there is a package and I signed package as this place is convenient to my house. The sales reception lady I forgot to ask the name she is very helpful and friendly! Nancy who massage me is a very good masseuse, attentive to area which I feel tired. Keep it up. I will come often if time permits!
