I’ve always wanted to try chiropractic care due to my constant neck ache, headaches, and back muscle soreness. I came across Healing Hands Chiropractic during my routine annual body check-up and decided to give it a try. During the initial consultation, they took a full-body photo to assess my posture, and it was eye-opening. A further consultation with Dr. Hayley was scheduled at their clinic, where she examined me in detail and referred me for an X-ray at another clinic. Once the X-ray results were in, Dr. Hayley thoroughly explained my diagnosis: my neck was becoming straighter, which increased pressure and caused my frequent headaches and neck pain. My back was relatively okay, but my hips were slightly tilted, and my body was overall slanted to one side. Dr. Hayley gave a very clear and detailed explanation of my condition and outlined a treatment plan. Initially, the cost seemed high, but when broken down across the number of sessions and months of treatment, it turned out to be quite reasonable and affordable. Now, after almost two months of treatment, I’ve noticed a huge difference! I haven’t needed a Panadol since starting the sessions—my headaches are completely gone! While my neck and back aches are still improving, they’re already significantly better. Before, I constantly felt the need to stretch my neck due to a popping sensation or vein-like tension, but I no longer have that habit or feeling. Occasionally, when Dr. Hayley isn’t available, Dr. Lucas or Dr. Carissa takes over. While their styles of treatment differ slightly, they are all equally skilled, and every session leaves me feeling relieved and improved. I’ve seen great improvements to my tense shoulders & jaw since my first visit to the clinic. Dr Hayley was extremely detailed in her explanations prior to the treatments and she has been doing a wonderful job addressing any pains or concerns I’ve had whenever I visit for a session.
