I had an amazing experience getting a perm with Louis! He is incredibly attentive to your needs and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. Louis is very experienced — when I showed him a photo of what I wanted, he understood it right away and knew exactly how to achieve the look. He is very gentle and takes the time to explain each step, especially before cutting, so you won’t be caught off guard by a sudden change in length. Unlike other stylists, he thoughtfully lets you know what he’s going to do next, so there are no surprises. On top of that, the salon itself is cozy and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Louis for his skill, care, and professionalism!

I decided to try Greem Hair Salon as I read good reviews about their services. Tracy was attentive, she listened to what I wanted & gave me suggestions, she ran a test perm as I had previous highlights. My 4+ hours hair session included roots colour retouch, cut, perm & root perm, which she personally handled all. Tracy has amazing technical skills & my hair was soft after the perm & curls looked natural. The results were satisfactory! The salon was upfront with the price. Overall, it was a really good experience, I’ll definitely come back here for hair treatment.

Yesterday went to Greem Salon to do a hair perm by Yin. I was really very happy with my hair perm and if there is a 6 stars review option 🌟, I would love to give it to Yin and Arthur service. Initially, my thought was to do a revival C Curl as my current perm was a disaster done by another salon. I must said Yin is really very professional and has communicated very well to understand what the customer wants. What touch my heart is Yin is very patience and offers genuine advice to me and she spent time to understand what type of curl I really want and convinced me to do slight layering C Curl perm as it suit my style better. At first, I was very hesitant to do layering perm but the perm turned out fantastically fabulous and i think it voiced down to Yin haircut & perming skill . 👍 👍👍 Arthur who was assisting Yin is also a very jovial and meticulous guy and did a great job when he was doing the ironing of my hair. I really enjoy chatting with Arthur as he is very friendly and nice. 😊 He made me felt so at ease and yea thank you for the “ Arthur Speciality Kopi” . Will be back soon…. Came to Greem for a cut and perm done by Yin and Arthur. It was a huge change going from long hair to a short perm, so I prepared several reference pictures to show what I wanted. Yin made sure to properly convey what was suitable and what may not work well due to my naturally frizzy & wavy hair. Arthur assisted and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. Very happy with how the perm turned out!

This is my second visit to Greem Hair Salon for RC treatment. An essential treatment for after hair perm. Senior Stylist - Louis was very friendly and patient in explaining each of the steps of the treatment. He still guide me how to style my hair as perfect as how salon did! 😅😅 Appreciate that! 🙏🙏
