As a personal trainer utilizing this gym's space to train my clients, I have found it to be conveniently located in Tanjong Pagar. Although the space is modest, it is well-equipped with two barbell racks, a cable machine, and a variety of dumbbells. The addition of a trap bar is a noteworthy feature. The booking-only system ensures a private and exclusive environment, and the flexibility to start early without waiting for the gym to open is a significant advantage.

Exceptional experience! The Bekam and sports massage i had were top-notch. The session was well-organized, and the explanations provided were clear and easy to grasp. Will definitely come back for another session and i highly recommend them for anyone looking for a fantastic treatment!

Been going to them for a few years even when they were under a different entity. The service and quality of their massage have been consistent throughout the years. They are knowledgeable and able to tailor to your needs. I am also amazed that they remember their clients and their needs regardless of who attended to you. Highly recommend!

Shoutout to Co-owner Thaqif for the invite down for a Trial PT and Sports Massage Session. Had a great experience with the PT Zac who was patient in explaining the exercises and did not hesistate to correct my form when needed. Irfan also provided an amazing 1 hour sports massage that definitely helped out with the recovery post workout.
