Great gym. Very spacious with nice equipment. My only complaint is they have a prowler instead of a sled

It is genuinely the best gym I’ve ever joined so far!! The location is convenient and it has 3 floors!! Different floors with certain facilities for us to keep us healthy and fit. It basically equips you with everything you need for exercising! I love joining different classes here as well! Various classes such as yoga and muay thai are excellent and enjoyable with amazing, professional and experienced coaches. The staff here are friendly and sweet too. It is so nice to see them whenever I have lessons in the gym. They are also helpful to offer support to us!!
Professional and affordable. Been using Go24 Tsuen Wan for 3 years prior to relocating to their Yuen Long branch (so glad they opened one here!). Equipment is always available, excellent quality equipment, and no sales staff trying to flog you random s**t. Good variety of people at different training levels. Doesn't matter if you're training the Olympic lifts or just for casual fitness, this is a high quality gym!
As I am away from home (uk) spending 2 months in Hong Kong, I needed a gym to keep up my progress. Lucky I found this gym. Won’t lie it’s pretty awesome it has all the equipment that I needed.The staff seem pretty cool and helpful, overall definitely would recommend this gym.
