My first time to do eyebrow embroidery and I was greeted by Emma. I explained to her my ideal brow shape for misty brow and she’s very patient throughout the 3.5 hours. Summer was there too, who is nice and friendly. I’m very satisfied with the end result and I’d highly recommend this place for eyebrow embroidery. The place is clean and cosy. Brought my mum to do her eye brow embroidery. Saw their ad from IG, did not disappoint 💯Summer was friendly, helpful, patient and professional. Overall experience was damn good and comfortable. Location was convenient as well! At FEP level 4 just take lift up, shop located directly beside the lift. My mum is very satisfied and happy with her eye brow embroidery. Summer did a superb job! (9d eye brow embroidery) honestly my mum immediately looks at least 8 years younger 🤣👍🏻🎉

This is my first time visiting gems-beauty, i got to know them thru IG. This pretty lady name Summer did my eyebrow embroidery & eyelash extension.She’s professional,friendly,very detailed and explained everything to me before doing it. The end result was perfect! Im so happy with my brows now as the shape is nice and it actually frame my face to make it look smaller. All the staffs there were friendly too! Thank you so much!!

Been following her page and wanted to try since like 3-4 years ago. But didn’t do it as my previous embroidery have not faded. Finally did it during the Xmas promo. Both me and gf were supper happy with her service and skills. Awesome as always and glad I finally did it with her. Brows were super on point!!! Thumbs up!
