I’ve been with Gemini Aesthetics for almost three years now, and I can confidently say this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my skin. When I first visited, my skin was in poor condition — extremely dry, full of whiteheads, blackheads, and small bumps (some even invisible to the eye). I came in under a first-trial promotion, and honestly, I didn’t expect much. But just from that one session, I saw a huge difference — from start to end. Amanda, who handled my treatment, went the extra mile. She didn’t just do a treatments facial — she removed almost every single blackhead and whitehead without charging anything extra for additional extraction. That’s what truly impressed me — no hidden add-ons, no upselling. Just honest, caring service with real results. What sets Gemini apart is that they don’t rely on hard selling. The results speak for themselves. After just one treatment, I immediately wanted to sign up for a package. They are also very flexible with payment options, and incredibly understanding in their approach. And here’s the part that amazed me the most — if you experience any reaction or breakout the next day, they actually call you back in for a follow-up, with no additional charges, just to help fix it. I’ve never seen that kind of care and responsibility in any salon or clinic in Singapore. They genuinely care about your skin and take responsibility for the outcome. They don’t just say “go home and apply your own mask” — they walk with you through the journey, every step of the way. Their attention to detail, customer care, and passion is unmatched. Amanda is hands down my favorite — she communicates so well, understands skin deeply, and genuinely takes care of her clients. The only downside? They’re quite far from where I stay. But honestly, I don’t mind traveling that distance because I trust Amanda and her team completely. I do wish they could open more outlets, but I also fear whether the same standard of care can be replicated — because not everyone can be like Amanda and the rest of the lovely staff here.
