I cannot thank Gaia Wholistic Animal Wellness enough for their kindness and sincerity. My baby Bingo was diagnosed with stage 3/4 luxating patella on christmas eve and was recommended to go for surgery. I was in a lot of panic as I've never seen her limp like that before, and she was a lot less active and at one time, she couldn't poop or pee during her walk. I did not want to send her for surgery as it's very invasive and the healing process is very long - Bingo being 7.5 years old, i wasn't sure if she could take it since she was crying at the vet out of fear. They could sense my distress and suggested I send a video of Bingo over so that they can briefly evaluate, before we even made an appointment. Even though they were booked for the next two weeks, they kindly squeezed in a slot during the weekend for one session + evaluation. I was even more impressed given that it was Christmas and they should be having a good rest but they were speaking to me over WhatsApp, kept reassuring me to not worry, and suggested I get some anti-inflammatory med plus ice pack from Guardian for Bingo first. After taking the med and plenty of rest + ice packing, Bingo was able to walk normally and she could poop and pee again. When I went over during the weekend, I was deeply impressed with how detailed they were during Bingo's check up and were able to describe Bingo's daily 'actions' which resulted in her current condition today. They also gave me plenty of useful advice (cucumber for cleaning her teeth, daily 10 minutes of sunning, baby spinach for discoloration etc.) What really impressed me was also their honesty and integrity. they could have sold me the anti inflammatory med and i would have bought it from them (not sure if over the counter med needs a license to be sold in SG, but still). They could also have sold me supplements, dental chews in place of cucumber or the chlorophyll juice, but they chose to suggest affordable, natural and equally effective options you can get outside. I was really impressed with their honesty and love for pets, which is something you don't see very often amongst pet-related services in SG. Truly, if the business is confident about their knowledge and service, and really loves your pet, they will always find the best solution for your pet’s concerns :) After going for her first session, she was already significantly better! I will continue to patronize Gaia Wholistic for Bingo's health, and strongly recommend them to anyone who is facing similar issues. Lastly, they have very affordable pricing so for anyone who is concerned about price, please don't worry and just give it a go! At the very least, can give their evaluation a try since it will help you significantly with understanding your pet. Their evaluation is top-notch and very detailed. Karen & Chris discovered that actually luxating patella is the secondary issue for Bingo (she had lived with it all her life, and only started limping due to lack of muscles and some back issues), with the main issue being her back. With stronger muscles, she would be able to handle the LP better. So if i had went for surgery in a midst of panic, Bingo may have had even more complications in the event of infection or failed surgery. I am ever grateful to them for taking care of my Bingo and super thankful for all their help and kindness! Given that Luxating Patella is a common issue amongst dogs, i hope that my review is able to help anyone trying to seek a second opinion and alternative treatment for their doggo before going for surgery. P.S. They didn't even ask me to leave a review after I was done even though they did such a great job! I'm pretty sure all the glowing reviews here are super legit :D

I would strongly recommend Gaia Wholistic Animal Wellness for anyone out there looking for animal therapists. From the very first evaluation session for my husky, @LengzaiTheHusky, we got to know Chris and Karen. They were both super helpful and patient even when we asked loads of questions about literally everything. My husky’s posture and fitness improved significantly after loads of guided exercise and therapy by Karen, Chris and Honey, and he really loves their activities which always helped him to correct his bad habits. I also went with them for my other dog - @YandaoTheSpitz. They managed to get a very lazy spitz to actually become very active physically! Now, he looks forward every week to his sessions with Gaia! Highly recommended!

We've been with Gaia since Jan 2020 after our lil boy, Easter, got diagnosed with Stage 3 LP and surgery was suggested. We decided to try rehab first and we (especially Easter) love everyone there! He is very well cared for during + outside our sessions and Chris and Karen go way beyond to enquire about Easter's well-being and offer wholistic suggestions and knowledge! Easter is always excited to climb into his carrier for his regular sessions and most importantly, we noticed significant improvements in his muscle mass, stamina, gait and posture! We are truly touched by their genuine love and concern for him and am so happy that we came here (for his knee problems) but gained friends and care for his entire being (beyond just joints!).

We’ve been having regular sessions at Gaia for 6 months now and we absolutely loved our time there. The care, knowledge and expertise that the team at Gaia has is impeccable. The whole team is very friendly and has so much love for animals. Chula gets stressed and might go into fits but the team worked so well with her. Super kudos to Karen & Chris for racking your brains to work with Chula! Also a huge congratulations for the second location!

My pup was diagnosed with hip dysplasia when she was 5 months old, we have been bringing her for weekly therapy at Gaia since 11 months back and has seen tremendous improvement. Just yesterday we brought her for x-ray, the vet mentioned that her walking gait is good and has good amount of muscle on her hind legs. Thank you Christ, Karen and Honey for your dedication!
