Amazing experiences I have had here for 9 months. Feels like a family to me. Excellent facilities and super clean venue.
Good place for cardio workout
The venue is spacious, clean, and hygienic. The coaches are all members of the Hong Kong team. The male and female coaches are professional, patient in explaining techniques, and demonstrate how to perform them effectively. They don't force you to do things. Whether you're a newcomer or want to compete, this venue is a good choice.
