Overall friendly staff and good service- constantly checking if you need refreshments. Ryan haircutting skills is very good. He is easy to talk to and is professional. I showed him a video of the hair style that i wanted and he personalised; he gave closest and best result he can achieve based on the type of hair length and hair type i have. He gave honest feedback and has good recommendations. He shared with me on the package they have, but is not too pushy which i appreciate; makes customers like me more willing to sign in future visit! Only down side is the pricing for products. While the haircut is relatively affordable (after 50% discount of course), their hair products are quite expensive. $38 for a small bottle of hair mousse is quite expensive- in my opinion. It will be good to give sample or sell smaller bottles for people to try first. Decided to purchase a bottle to try because i trust Ryan’s recommendation.
Had such a nice time at Exstyle! The salon feels clean and cozy, and the staff Thai gave me the best hair clean experience and the hair style is beautiful. Thanks for Thai and Pinky. All the staff were sweet and patient (they offered me tea and snacks too). Definitely coming back!
Abby was very friendly and recommended treatment and haircut according to my needs. Ah Tai did my scalp treatment comfortably as well. No hard sell. Just that the hair cut results wasn’t mind blowing but service was superb!
Had an amazing haircut with one of the hairstylists, Alan. He was really friendly and pays attention to details ensuring that i get a hairstyle that i look good in and prefer! Would definitely recommend him to everyone. Thank you to the other hairstylist that styled my hair too 🫶🏻
Alan did a good job with my haircut - really liked the butterfly cut as it suits my facial shape and maintains well at home. The hair colour also suits my skin tone. Also, would like to send compliments to Thai, he does a good job with the hair scalp massage and treatment, he blows my hair really nice too. Overall satisfied with the entire experience here 👍🏽
