EX Style (Heartland Mall Kovan)

I’ve been going to EX Style Kovan Heartland Mall outlet for over two years now. My hairstylist, Louis, is meticulous and patient, and I’ve seen a great improvement in the quality of my hair thanks to his treatment recommendations. If you’re looking for a scalp therapist, I highly recommend Hazel. She’s excellent with scalp treatments and massages. I almost fall asleep during the session!

I’ve been regularly coming to Andy for all my hair cuts and colouring needs for the past few years and I only trust Andy to help my hair look the best! Recently, I did a hair scalp treatment with Hazel, it was extensive and therapeutic. I notice a improvement in my scalp health immediately after. Extremely like the neat, clean environment, everyone looks really fresh and smiley. Haircut by Louis was really professional. Penny did my hair wash and it was really comfortable and relaxing. Overall great experience. Initially, I planned to perm my hair, but Louis kindly advised against it, explaining that my current hair length and shape weren’t suitable yet. I really appreciated this level of honesty, as it showed they prioritize their customers' needs over simply making money. I went ahead with the hair coloring and cut at a promotional rate, and both services were excellent. Louis and Penny were attentive, skilled, and made sure I was happy with the results. Their warm and approachable attitude truly stood out, making the visit a pleasant and comfortable experience. While there was some selling of packages after the session, it was done in a polite and non-pushy manner. Even when I declined, they remained friendly and professional, without any awkwardness or pressure. If you're looking for honest advice, great service, and a salon where you won’t feel pressured into buying extras, I highly recommend here.
