So far my IPL experience has been great! Staff are quick to offer advice and help to clarify any doubts. The environment is always clean and hygienic. The process is also fuss-free. Staff are understanding and help to accommodate customers needs/schedules. Thanks to all the staff!

Had a wonderful experience at EstheClinic! The staff were welcoming and made me feel at ease. My initial onboard experience with the consultant was great—there was no hard selling, and all decisions were entirely up to me. During the facial, the therapist was gentle and ensured a comfortable experience. My face felt hydrated and refreshed after every session. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality skincare treatments!

The clinic is very clean, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. They answered all my queries and assisted me with my concerns. I have completed three sessions so far and have seen significant improvement in my underarm brightening treatments. Jia Ying is also very kind and approachable, she explains how I can better care for my skin after each session. I have sensitive, eczema-prone skin, so I was very cautious and hesitant to try any treatments. I made sure to research reputable clinics that could genuinely address my concerns. I'm glad I found EstheClinic, and so far, I am really satisfied with their service. There was no hard selling at all. They helped me find the right products and provided recommendations without pressuring me to purchase any treatments or products.

My overall experience at EstheClinic Holland Village was great. I did a hair removal treatment, and the entire session was quick, efficient, and handled professionally. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout.

Been coming here for some time and I love the staff and their service here. Very friendly staff. Esp love my therapist Michelle, so meticulous with her services. Always checking in throughout my services making sure I'm doing ok. Highly recommend for anyone trying out facials/body treatments for the time time and for regulars. Never look back once I started. :)
