Lydia is super friendly and easy to chat with, which made the whole experience really nice. She took the time to look at my hair and suggested what would suit me best instead of just doing something random. They also didn’t hardsell any products, which I really appreciated. Really happy with the result — would definitely go back!

I visited the Paya Lebar outlet and was served by Lydia. She was the sweetest person. She told me how to manage my graying and gave me some nice tips. Did a really nice job on the hair colour too.
