We came on Sunday morning. Queue was fast. Reception staffs are nice and very friendly. Doctor Yan is very attentive and listens to our concerns on our sons’ condition. With this we are satisfied with his diagnosis and medication given. Doctor Yan is very caring and overall our experience here was great. Not first time to this clinic. Even past experiences are great. In case you may also obtain queue number via the HealthAssist Asia app and the app will prompt you when your number is called, so you can make ur way to the clinic from home (if you say nearby) cos the number calling is quick.

I had a really good experience at the clinic today with my flu vaccination. Came in earlier than my appointment timing and managed to do it early. The process was really smooth. Amazing staff who are really joyful who made my day!👍🏻

His warm greeting and efficient handling of chas cards etc made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that he cares about the patients’ experience and goes above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns. Excellent service!
