He is a kind and friendly barber who patiently listens to you and gives good advice. Dukes of Temasek Barbershop at Balestier Point is awesome. CY is the head barber and owner of Dukes of Temasek. I came to get my own hair cut here and I love his work and brought my kids here on another day. All three of my kids got their hair cut and they enjoyed their experience in a real barbershop.
