Visited Dr. Beauty for my lash extensions, and Viona was highly skilled, professional, and very patient! She made sure every lash was perfectly placed and tailored to my liking. Viona will also provide recommendations to ensure the set was suitable for my eyes and adjusted any strand out of place until it was right before I left. Very satisfied with the service! Nice place, convenient location near Somerset and great service! Visited to try the laser facial, and it was customised after assessing my skin type. It started with cleansing, some exfoliation/gentle extraction, then the laser. The laser felt gentle on my sensitive skin and I had no negative reactions to it either! Had a relaxing experience here :)
Came across Dr Beauty from the iCondo app and decided to give it a try. Viona's expertise and skills were superb! She provided awesome recommendation when I told her my worries being a mum and didn't want to spend time drawing my eyebrows every day. She is super patient, gentle and also very detailed and able to anticipate to make sure my brows won't look overly done after the process which I am really thankful for. The entire process was pleasant with little pain, and love that my Korean Powdered Brows are very natural looking which I have always wanted!! I definitely recommend Dr Beauty and will be back again. Amazing place to do lash extensions. Did a couple before coming to Dr Beauty and lash extension have always been uncomfortable for me. However, the lashes here are extremely soft, lightweight and doesn’t create discomfort to the eyes. The service provided by Viona is also top notch, very friendly and patient. Highly recommend!
Did eyelash extensions with Viona and absolutely enjoyed the service. Really friendly and good with customer service, open to questions and flexible with timings. Was afraid for doing my lashes for the first time but she definitely made the experience a good one :)
