Thanks Dorra for the past treatments. I'm feeling healthier now after burning off close to 10kg. My consultant Angeline is amazing, always making sure I'm comfortable during each treatment. Even the other consultants & customer service team services are top notch. Heartland mall outlet is definitely highly recommend.

I went for a trial and was served by consultant Joey. She was patient, knowledgeable and professional. She knows her scope well and has good customer service. As I had other slimming packages elsewhere still ongoing, I did not want to sign another package so hastly. Even when I rejected to sign a package, she still send me out with a smile. Due to Joey’s great attitude, I am seriously considering to sign an package soon here at Dorra Kovan with her. More staff should learn from her in terms of doing the sales pitch the right way. She had balance between introducing the package and still respecting the customer. Thank you Joey for your time and efforts, ill be back once im ready to commit a package.

The team spirit in Dorra Kovan is great despite their busyness can see them watching out for one another & chipping in to help to make customers feel at ease to enjoy their treatments. Thanks to my consultant Joey persistency & working very hard on the advice given by her teacher Monica to try to resolve my cellulite, water retention & weight issue. Look forward to more changes.
