Bought eyelash lifting and facial from Fave 2 years ago and got to know Joey. Such a sweet and accommodating lady who would always give customers oranges during cny. She does not hardsell and always keep her shop neat and cozy. I bought packages from her and also recommend her services since she is already her own spokesperson for her shop (does not look her age at all). 😊

Bought a lash lift voucher on Fave app. It was really easy to book an appointment & Jo was really accommodating the appointment was quite last minute. The whole session was relaxing and not painful at all. I appreciate that there was no hard selling too. Definitely recommend people who live in the west to try this place out. Will be back! :)

Purchased the intense radiance facial deal from Fave and was thoroughly impressed by Winnie’s skills. She was kind, friendly, and took her time. The supposedly 90min facial was almost 3 hours as she took extreme care not to aggravate my sensitive skin. Extraction was super clean and done in sections, after she was done with one section she would promptly cover the extracted area with a soothing essence. This helped to reduce the redness and irritation before she worked on other areas. Many anti-inflammatory steps were included such as cooling masks as well. She was also extremely friendly but not too chatty and I really felt relaxed while I was there! No hard selling at all but I purchased a package after my facial as the results spoke for itself. Looking forward to patronising this salon in the future :) Thank you Winnie ❤️
