Going to Derma Dynamics was a recommendation from my sister. The shop is clean, sheets are spotless, things are neatly organised, with refreshing soothing pipe-in music in the background. Overall, a relaxing experience as soon as you step into the shop. Location wise is convenient and accessible via car or bus. I take the bus, and it takes 2 mins walk from the bus-stop to the shop. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin, and my beautician SK is truly amazing. She’s invested and genuinely wanting to help in my long journey of healing. SK is knowledgeable, connects the dots between lifestyles and how it manifests on your skin. Her explanation is easy to understand, guiding you through step-by-step, follow up via WhatsApp with detailed guidelines on your self-care regime. Not to mention, trustworthy and highly reliable. Most importantly, not an aggressive, off-putting, salesperson that tries to sell you some miraculous snake oil, but what is fundamental to my skin’s needs, individual preference, wants and my desired outcome. It’s been about slightly more than a month into my tailored program, that I’m seeing improvement. Personally, finding a good beautician is analogous to finding your best dress, it accentuates your figure, with colours that compliments your skin tone, and most importantly, it fits comfortably and non-restrictive. Highly recommend.
