Crossover Hair Salon

I'm always worried about having a haircut as I've had a few I didn't like. I found this salon on Google after reading many reviews. This salon deserves 5 stars! The owners of this salon are friendly, professional and welcoming, as well as their staff. I contacted them via Facebook messenger for my appointment on the day. I got a wash cut & blow-dry. The owner suggested I have layers and I went with that. I love the outcome. My hair is lighter with more volume which is what I wanted. Will definitely be coming back for my next cut. 😊

As someone who has tried a number of hair salons in Tai Po, I highly recommend Crossover and would definitely go back! Gloria’s service was top notch - she listened to my requirements and is very good at her work. She was also patient and took the time to provide useful tips around styling techniques and solutions on my hair problems. The Crossover team were also extremely accommodating and friendly! Truly one of the rare hair salons who are highly passionate about their work, take their time in their services and put great care towards their customers. Excellent service - highly recommend! Gloria & her team were extremely accommodating, they discussed options & helped me form a decision that was best suited to my features. She was patient & showed detailed to attention in her craft, you can tell she has passion for what she does as she took the time to explain & chat to her clients including myself & my mum. I had a great experience here! The ladies were super friendly and helpful. They washed my hair for so long with a great head massage. They definitely know what they are doing!

I’m so grateful for the excellent service I received! After my previous experience at another salon where my hair was damaged from bleaching and burned my scalp, I was feeling quite worried. Jacky really took the time to explain all the differences and the reasons behind my earlier poor results. It was incredibly reassuring, and I truly appreciate the care and attention he provided, ultimately helping to save my hair.
