This is my first visit and a very nice one. The hair stylist I was assigned was Matsusan. He is soft-spoken and listened carefully to me before recommending change. During the hair wash, he was confident and professional. After the haircut, which I’m pleased with, he gave me really good tips about styling and keeping the hair clean. Despite limited English, I understood him enough. A good experience on the whole! Will be back!

Hidden gem place ! It was my first time to COVO and have been impressed by their high quality service, attention to details and great professionalism. It was also very convenient to book via Whatsapp as they are very responsive. My senior stylist Aimi was super attentive providing good advice and she understood what I was looking for. She actually made my haircut look even better than I expected! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back for my next haircut!

I visited the Covo Katong branch twice in the last one month. I was assisted by Irene , one of their hair specialist…It was my first time at this salon so I had a lot of inquiries regarding the treatments they offer , benefits , suitability etc. Irene answered all my queries with a lot of patience..she recommended treatments based on the quality & volume of my hair. Irene even explained the different benefits of the various treatments available at Covo which helped me select the one most suited to my hair. Irene is very soft spoken , observant & skillfull at her craft. She listens patiently & then gives her valuable suggestions. The first time I visited Covo I opted for a Haircut / Trim & on my second visit I went for a Hair treatment. My experience both the times was very satisfying. Entire staff at Covo Katong are polite. They even have a menu with variety of tea & coffee to offer. The salon is opposite i12 Katong mall. Interiors are simple & very clean. Service costs are little heavy on the pockets as per me but its worth every cent. Im looking forward to visit the salon again for another service with Irene. You must ask for Irene when you book an appointment. Be rest assured that you are in very blessed hands & will certainly not be disappointed.

The salon was well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The hairstylist was professional and attentive, taking the time to listen to my preferences and explaining each step of the process before getting started. I was really impressed with how the cut turned out. My friend recommended this place to me, and now I’m happy to recommend it to others as well!

Have been with this salon for many years, love the professional and friendly staff, they always listen to me and know my request well. Only necessary treatment will be recommended and there's no hard selling of anything. Highly recommend this authentic Japanese salon 👍
