It was a 2hour massage and I had a very good experience with Jenny! This is my first time doing Javanese massage and I left the place feeling fresh and great! I do expect some sales pitch as I went there using the website promo price. However, kudos to the team, they are not pushy at all. Will be back soon!

Enjoyed today’s peaceful massage experience done by therapist-Zoe. Apart from basic communication, she wasn’t overly talkative or engaging in unnecessary small talk, which is truly friendly for introverted customers like me! It allowed me to fully relax both physically and mentally. They respect customers' choices—no hard sell no force selling, and no unpleasant attitudes from the staff even when not ready to sign up new package. Coslab Punggol, highly recommended!
I had a good facial done by Grace. The facial was so relaxing, with gentle cleansing, exfoliation, and a hydrating mask that left my skin glowing. The massage was an added bonus, making the entire experience feel luxurious.
