Didn't even stay in the West but was intrigued by all the good reviews. Went for a first trial Javanese massage today and was truly impressed by Kiki, the whole experience felt like an ultimate indulgence. There was no hard selling at all as per other reviews, but I decided to sign a package with them still as the massage was really good, plus there's no expiration date for the package. Look forward to my next visit!

Li Xin is incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Her facial massage techniques were absolutely soothing, effortlessly melting away my stress with each motion. After the treatment, my skin looked noticeably brighter and felt remarkably smoother, with the effects lasting for days. Li Xin also shared some great skincare tips for at-home care, which I found very helpful and thoughtful! Thank you, Li Xin!

Joyce was knowledgable when answering my question. She does not hardsell and only recommend suitable facial skin care steps for me to consider. Got a facial through fave, and added on a laser treatment.
