Great space! Staff were very friendly and helpful as well as it was my first time there
my first time working with a therapy client here. a beautiful space. the photos are of the therapy room which is well soundproofed and just right setup-wise for hypnotherapy and mindset work. the main area has an amazing gym and workout space.
Like the vibe here. I’d guess it varies with the hour you get there. At least my slots for training, the crew is friendly and the people are supportive.
Friendly front desk staff, the place is very clean and well kept. Surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Trainers are enthusiastic, high quality and diverse training provided. Equipment are in excellent condition. People whom are nice to one another in a friendly community.
The gym is ok, but not so well equipped as others.
