⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Concept 32! Bryan did my hair color, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He took the time to understand what I wanted, recommended the best shades for my skin tone, and executed it perfectly. The color came out vibrant and exactly how I envisioned it. On top of that, he was friendly, professional, and made the whole process enjoyable. The salon itself had a great atmosphere, and the service was top-notch. Definitely coming back for my next hair appointment! Highly recommend Bryan if you’re looking for a skilled hairstylist.

It was my second such great wonderful hair cut experienced by hair stylist, Bryan! He managed to change me from 40' to 30' by cutting away my long hair to stylist short hair! Comfortable environment and professional skill. Aside than that, Thank you for the hospitality of serving CNY vibes mandarin oranges and chrysanthemum tea! Very thoughtful...

I chanced upon this hair salon when I was looking for a place to do my hair. Made an appointment to do hair colour, treatment and haircut, and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and meticulous Jack is when handling my hair. He understood my requirements for hair colour and delivered exactly that shade of dark brown I have in mind. He did a trim of my hair length and the fringe was well cut. Will definitely be back again to look for Jack in future. :)

Always enjoy coming to fix my hair with Bryan be it any treatment or cut, I can easily trust him to work his magic with his many years of experience. Have been cutting hair with him for the past 15 years, and will never let any other person cut my hair besides him. This place is also super comforting to relax at. Super recommend
