Very cosy & personalized space, very caring and thoughtful lady boss. Not only she’s good at it but she’s also very gentle. No hard selling from them but more of guiding you towards what’s best for your features & skintype. Highly recommend cocoon secrets to you!
will be my new go-to facial spot! Chris was so professional, gentle and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. She made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed every step of the facial. She also gave me some useful tips on how to take better care of my skin and some recommendation of sunblock I can use for my skin type after assessing my skin condition. So glad I stumbled upon this spa that doesn’t hard sell and truly cares for my skin 👍🏻 will be back!
