I was quite surprised by my experience with the staff and the doctor treated my skin condition well. This clinic is probably the only clinic that I can ride my electric scooter through the door as I’m handicapped and can’t walk. The doctor opened the door and helped me get into his room for treatment. For privacy reasons something happened which gave me the biggest heartwarming experience I ever had in 30 years in Clementi

Been to this clinic for 5yrs+ since i moved to clementi. Yes, in initial years, the counter staffs were rude but i witness great improvements and that shows the top management are looking into it. Though my foremost reason for returning is the quality of the doctors especially Dr Malini. The medications prescribed always work better than those from other clinics in this region.

1st time there. Registration etc went smoothly without rude counter staff mentioned in some of the remarks mentioned by some other people. Not sure if I went earlier during a weekday so the counter staff are still polite and not easily ‘flared up’ due to fatigue. Doctor Teo is very detailed in explanation, patient and concise at the same time.
