Chiropractic First - Parkway Parade Clinic

I came to Chiropractic First at Parkway Parade a couple of months ago with a slip disc, struggling with pain and stiffness. From the very first session, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on my recovery. Dr Shu and team took the time to assess my condition thoroughly and designed a treatment plan that included adjustments, decompression therapy, and advice on posture and movement. Over time, I noticed significant improvements in my mobility and pain levels. Now, I feel so much better and can get through my daily activities with ease. The clinic itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, making each visit a positive experience. If you’re dealing with back pain or a similar issue, I highly recommend giving them a try!

It’s has been really great 4 months and so much improvements in my health and body, neck, shoulders, feet. I’m so much more energised now. Highly recommended. Dr Kim is really great at cracking especially my back , I chose him to be my doctor because he’s really good and listens to you and help too like when my foot was pain etc. My neck doesn’t aches anymore , back doesn’t ache as much now way better. I would still need more treatments as it makes me feel better and lighter . Don’t forget happier ! Oh ya the team celebrate patient’s birthdays too !
