Chez Vous: HideAway Hair Salon

Solid service from front desk, stylist, support stuff. I was welcomed warmly, had a choice of scented oil to choose from for massage to start the service. End to end service from Michael who was very gentle and he was able to understand my hair texture so well and cut and styled it on point. I had a hair colour touch up, sugar treatment and hair cut. Hair wash was super relaxing as well, I hope to come back again and keep Chez Vouz as my go to salon.

My colleague recommended me to come over due to her good experience with Chez vous. I had the express package 199+ which is a good value, it includes haircut, root retouch and the hair and scalp treatment. My stylist is Micheal. He is friendly and comfortable to deal with. I appreciate it when a salon does not hard sell. I know my hair has been spoiled recently due to strong chemical from another salon. I wanted to do digital perm soon, but Micheal was honest enough to ask me wait a bit more before considering :) nevertheless, I received good treatment that day that makes my hair look healthy and less frizzy. They also serve nice tea and chocolate tart. I also got a surprise for referral discount, which I didn’t know about. Highly recommended for you to try and also check out Micheal. He is very kind and accommodating, not the intimidating type who does not listen. :)

First visit to Chez Vous HideAway, and it was a great experience. I came in with a 3-month-old perm that had lost most of its curls, leaving my hair quite dry. I asked for light layers to add volume without thinning my ends, along with a softening treatment. My stylist, Hoshi, suggested a root perm and an upgraded treatment, and I’m really happy with the results — my hair feels much softer, looks healthier, and has noticeably better volume. I truly appreciated the attentive care throughout the session, from the scalp analysis to regularly checking on my comfort and explaining each step. Elsie’s scalp wash and massage were also great. I also liked how Hoshi styled my hair with curls at the end. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back again 😊

I visited Chez Vous HideAway in December last year to get a haircut and perm. I can't recommend this place enough! The space is really calming and relaxing, and customer service was really good. I was attended to by Hoshi, and it was a really comfortable and professional experience. He informed that a perm was not suitable on hair that had undergone keratin treatment (even if it was years ago), and so to be safe, he tested a perm on a small segment of hair to make sure. Really grateful that he took the time and effort to test and make sure a perm would be suitable. He was also kind enough to offer snacks when he learnt I had not eaten lunch yet. Overall, the perm came out really well and I've gotten many compliments thereafter. Thanks so much to the team again, I'll be back!

Had a great experience at Chez Vous Hideaway Salon. My stylist was Fye, and the assistant (didn’t catch his name) was also super attentive and shared useful tips on reducing hair greasiness. It’s been almost a month since my visit, and I’m still satisfied with the colour and haircut. The result looks good, feels easy to maintain, and grows out nicely. I also love their hair treatment protocol and how they price services as a bundle. No hard selling, no pushy hair packages. I’ll be back.:)
