The environment is stylish, comfortable and hygienic. Entering the gym is like entering a private club. You can enjoy your private time and space. It is a very good exercise experience.
Champ 24 Fitness is a feature packed gym with a wide array of well maintained, modern, and new equipment located in a quiet mall in Long Ping. The gym is newly renovated, 24 hours, and is perfect for access at any time of the day to suit a busy individuals needs. The gym also features 2 clean shower rooms with a staff frequently cleaning the facilities. Access to inside the gym is easy, using a facial recognition system which doesn't require you inputting any passcodes. In addition, they have an in body machine that is available for public use on certain days of the month to help you track your fitness goals as well. I'm currently registered with a personal trainer, and he actively helps me in setting certain fitness goals that I would like to achieve in a certain period of time. Furthermore, he would emphasize on targeting the correct muscle groups that needs to be used on different exercise machines, and to ensure that I am performing the exercises correctly. Dieting is also an important part of my fitness and he also provides prompt active feedback on how I should eat to achieve my goals. I recommend Champ 24 Fitness to anyone, no matter if you are just a beginner or an advanced gym rat individual. Their staff are more than happy to help you achieve your goals!
This gym room is fully equipped and there are not many people. no need to queue up to wait for the equipment. You can focus on training. The staff is friendly and the cleaning staff also makes the environment very clean.
New gym in a newly developed mall in a quiet location. The 24 hour gym makes it ideal for working out during non-peak hours especially for nightowls. My personal trainer is friendly and can create/educate a diet plan along with gym programmes which is helpful as I never really think deeply about the diet impact beyond cutting junk food. Free self-serve inbody scale use every 1st-3rd of the month and gym contract only accepts payment deductions monthly (no worry about closing shop 😂). There is a shelf to store personal belongings, no problem atm but a locker would be a nice upgrade in future!
Very spacious, clean equipment. Friendly staff. I would definitely recommend coming here.
