Had gotten a gift voucher with Cecilia for a 50min facial treatment. At the start it was a bit chaotic and messy as they were quite busy but the staff were attentive and offered me a seat and a glass of water. The lady who did my facial (think she was quite senior in the place) said the treatment I got did not suit my face type and offered to swap to one that did that costs about the same. Although it was meant to be a 50min treatment it ended up being almost twice as long despite them working on me constantly. Staff were all very pleasant and polite as well.
You can tell Cecilia and her team take significant pride in making sure you leave feeling brighter and better. It is always such a treat to be cared for with such thorough, personalised precision.
The best facial I ever had. Cecilia Westberry is like a boutique beauty institute: the gestures are precise, experienced and super efficient. I tried the facials, waxings and body treatments. I highly recommend!
