Have been going to Casabella Punggol for the past 7 years. She’s really nice and professional. Experience wise, she’s the best so far that explains why I always go back to her. I like how she always ask what I want and what kind of lashes that I would like to have. She never takes for granted that it be the same set of lashes that I want and she never fail to ask. Comfort wise. Her bed is really one of the softest that I have rested on. Comparatively to the one that I rested on in Korea. ( I’m based in Korea). It’s important to have a comfy bed to rest on as we all know that each time we do extension of the lashes. It takes at least 1.5 hours. I also like how she gives me time to rest while doing my lashes. Many times I fell asleep due to how comfortable I’m during the whole time. And the set of lashes that she’s done would never sting me in the eye and it’s really comfortable. Her lashes are soft and natural and makes my eyes look really pretty. She also gives us gifts nearer to Chinese new year. It’s a simple gesture yet it’s appreciated by me. It’s her way of giving back to the customer.;)Definitely worth my time and effort to go to her.
