Had my first trial session at Caring Skin (321 Clementi outlet). They were very thorough from addressing my skin concerns from their skin analysis, and took me through step by step on the facial treatment. I enjoyed the process overall and would come back and recommend to anyone out there who’s looking for a facial place. Customer service is also above and beyond here. :)

I was welcomed by Apple when I entered the outlet (321 Clementi). She was very detailed in explaining what is wrong with my skin after the skin analysis. She recommended which facial is best suitable. Ella was the one who did my facial. She explained every step of the way. No hard selling. I saw my before and after picture, and there is a difference. I truly recommend Caring Skin.

First time doing a proper facial treatment - love the experience! Started with the team member, Apple, giving a detailed face analysis on my skin condition and what type of facial products to use & avoid. Followed by facial treatment done by Pevlyn - gentle and informative in informing each step that she will be doing. Appreciate this so much! Facial included a nice quick shoulder massage as well ✨ Overall great experience from booking an appointment to the service provided. Thank you!!

I really enjoy this facial outlet as all the staff are so patient and warm! The process was very detailed, with the technician explaining every step, there’s a massage too! And the sales manager Jess is so professional. She gives you a detailed analysis of the device results, and for every facial product, there are slides to present it. Overall, such a pleasant experience!!! Also, to add on, they do not hard-sell at all, which I’ve never encountered in Singapore!
