Since 1989, Care Corner Counselling Centre has supported individuals, couples and families through life’s toughest moments. The team helps with anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, self‑esteem concerns, work fatigue and suicidal feelings. They also walk alongside clients navigating trauma and recovery, including childhood and complex trauma, PTSD, grief and loss; addiction and behavioural challenges such as addiction recovery, anger management and eating disorders; and relationship issues from conflict and infidelity to divorce, separation and marriage discernment. As a community, non‑profit service within Care Corner’s network, the Centre is committed to affordable care and inclusivity for all, regardless of race, language or religion. Sessions are offered in English, Mandarin and common dialects, online, by phone or in person, with highly subsidised rates to keep support accessible. Care Corner’s professional counsellors are trained in Trauma‑Informed Care, creating a safe, supportive space for healing. They offer a wide range of evidence‑based therapies tailored to your needs, with options for trauma therapy across children, adults and families. Approaches may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion‑Focused Therapy, EMDR and Play Therapy, carefully matched to your goals and stage of life. Services include Individual Counselling, Couple Counselling, Children Counselling (Play Therapy) and Group Therapy Programmes. Counsellors and clinical supervisors are registered with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), and all sessions are handled with confidentiality and care. Clients describe insightful guidance, a safe space to explore difficult emotions and practical changes they can bring into daily life.
