Had facial with this store for 8 years. Did pedicure and OPT here too. Beauticians are professional, gentle and kind. Prices are reasonable. Wide range of beauty services and products available. Special thanks to catherine and winnie for their excellent service. My skin really improves alot from regular facial. Highly recommended.

The environment is good, and the effect is also very good. After a course of treatment, I can see that the acne on my face is much better. My beautician Ceci is also very patient, gentle and professional. Unlike other stores, it is highly recommended!

Was very sceptical about BrowStudio after reading some of the negative reviews but chose to visit them cos I still read some very good reviews too. Booked an appointment to do the $98 eyebrows promotion but found out it’s only for 1st timer who have never did theirs eyebrows before. As I had done my eyebrows before,they also have a promotion price at $88 . So I choose the later . Shop was very easy to find. I went to the Clementi Outlet. On arrival was greeted by Susan . Very service oriented, told me to be seated at a chair that have massage functions when she applied some cream on my eyebrows and waited for my eyebrows beautician Ceci Liu. Waited for about 20mins ,transferred to another big arm chair where Ceci started to do my eyebrows.She thread my eyebrows first which I asked for it chargeable at $10.Very skilful done. The whole process was very smooth and some explanations , definitely no hard selling or pushy.She then asked if I want to touch up within 3 months the price will be $168. Told her will decide after she have finished doing my brows. Was very happy with her skills. I paid for the touch up to be utilise within 3 months inclusive of the brow blade . Very happy with the results and services.
