Browhaus outlet Westgate is sleek and modern, with comfortable and relaxing environment. The therapist Becky was excellent, the consultation was thorough and her skill is good. The counter staff Sherry assisted me to bring forward appointment time early as i have urgent things to do. They are not being so pushy about purchasing packages.

My usual therapist, Elly, is incredible. She is extremely patient, highly skilled, and consistently provides excellent service. After every session, she always asks me to check my brows, but I always tell her it’s not necessary because I trust her completely and have full confidence in her skills. She never disappoints me – she’s truly awesome! Shun and Sherry are always so helpful with booking my appointments. They are polite, friendly, and always wear warm smiles. I really appreciate their patience and understanding in finding slots that match my schedule. Thank you all for making every visit such a wonderful experience!
