My experience was pleasant from the start. Christine was lovely and professional. She explained everything step by step very thoroughly. The massage was great as well. The product used did not cause any irritation despite having sensitive skin. I highly recommend this facial. I signed up for package to see more improvements throughout. Very satisfied customer 😃

Cheri is very welcoming and friendly when I enter the salon. She is very professional and does the massages very well. I haven't did a facial in a long time and she did a very good job, extracting all the nasty things out of my face. Followed by the mask and the wonderful ambience, I feel asleep in minutes. Then, she proceed with the back and neck massage! My sore muscles feels so much better after. Highly recommend anyone to try out Bossi Face facial! Facial massage makes my face look slimmer! Wonderful ambience, no hardselling, professional services, top-notched products from Spain! The manager is very friendly and ask for feedbacks after the facial too! (: 👍👍👍

Christine was really professional & pleasant from consultation to post facial treatment, my skin was left well hydrated and very cleaned. From explaining each step on the service to occasional checking in during the session if everything is alright has made the experience not therapeutic but extremely pampering. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a soothing time!

very relaxing facial and good techniques and machines used. had the fave trial at discounted price and felt so good that i went to opt for the package. Initially had Ayumi but changed to Cheri, but both are good. Went with Joey for my remaining sessions and I thoroughly enjoyed my time and facial there. She does extraction very gently and will recommend her!!!! There's some pushes for additional purchases based on your facial attendant but so long as u say no its ok
