Had a session with Nadya today for backaches. She’s very patient & explain the cause of pain & what’s she’s gonna do to relieve the strains. And she’s gentle throughout. My very 1st session was with Haikhal for sciatica pain. Had a good stretch & pain relieved after the session. He taught me few sets of exercises & it really helps my recovery fast.
