I've had a very good scrub, rain work and massage tonight. Therapist James found knots in my muscles that I didn't even know I've had. Some parts of the massage felt more like fysio therapy. Thank you James, also for the advice how to avoid getting the knots back.

This was a good massage. The masseur was disappointed that I did not request additional services at which point the massage became less than excellent.
