did a facial here and would like to give hui min a shout out. her face and neck massage was 💯💯💯 better than a lot of other facial clinics. it’s as good as what u can get at a massage parlour. as for the sales consultant (joanne), i appreciate that she doesn’t hard sell and she was able to answer all my questions. environment is clean, and their rooms are separated by a wall, not curtains. if you are looking to get facial treatments done, highly recommend this place.

It was a great experience, I did facial and throughout the whole consulting and facial and even the waiting, they were nice and not hard selling at all, would definitely recommend others to try!!!

She will do her best recommendation to address my needs. Agnes who is my beauty therapist always put her best and make sure I am well taken during my session. I always so relax after the treatment. Been going to this outlet for more than 20 yrs. I was well taken care of over the years of my patronage there. May is very professional Consultant. She is superb in her work. Very attentive to my needs and able to provides bespoke and professional consultation services with personal touch. And importantly no hard selling. They also have a dedicated team of a very hardworking and friendly therapist like Eileen, Candice, Ellie, Ivy, Jessica, Pauline and others. We became friend over the years of my patronage. Love the whole team. May is amazing and serve with a heart. Therapist are all good with their hands and always put their best. I always felt I am so well taken care and relax after every session. More importantly, I can feel that all of them are doing this in the name of service and not just to hit some target. May's recommendation is always sincere and she never hard sell. I stay at the other end of Singapore n travel all the way down to Bishan. BMF bishan is the only one I dun fell burden visiting. Highly recommend.
