Place looked very unassuming from outside but it was actually quite big! Staffs were very warm & friendly, and no hard-selling involved. I did a facial but they also did some neck and shoulder massage (this is common in most places but it was slightly more here). Clothes that you changed into were also clean and new (wrapped with plastic wrapper) - so you know you were not wearing robes that the previous customer was wearing. It was my 1st time there and I had a great experience!
