Was my first time at this outlet which is conveniently located in the CBD. If you follow the directions on their website, it's easy to find. The place is clean and hygienic. It was a nice experience with Joanne. She is professional and friendly. I didn't feel much pain as she was talking to me throughout the season which kept my mind diverted. I didn't have any redness or bumpiness after the waxing. Would definitely return.
