I did not know what to expect when I booked an appointment with Ayur but it turned out to be an exceptional Ayurvedic treatment. Unlike a spa or massage center, there is an Ayurvedic trained doctor on site and he provides insightful and helpful consultations, ensuring a truly personalized approach. The therapists are highly skilled, attentive, and kind, making the entire session both therapeutic and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic Ayurvedic healing.

I visited Ayur center for very still headache, shoulder and neck muscles and lower back pain. Ms. Sindhu’s massage was very good and relax on the day of treatment itself. She is great！ I am looking forward to be completely pain free in a few more sessions. Thanks you Ayur centre.

Amazing authentic treatment by Mr Subeesh. Abhyangam & podikizhi Felt relaxed and relieved of sore muscles , After long distance run marathon , this treatment is very beneficial. The Ayur Center - Bedok is very clean , spacious and facilities are good for Kerala authentic ayurvedic treatment. Will come back again soon.

It's my go-to solution for feeling better quickly. Dr Karthigeyan is both kind and thorough. He listens attentively to concerns and promptly recommends effective treatments. Ms Sindu, my therapist, is highly skilled. While understanding my discomfort during massage, she encourages me to persevere for post-session relief. She even provides me with simple exercises to prevent future pain. After just 3 sessions, I feel significantly better and truly appreciate Ayur Centre's approach.

Mr Siju has excellent massage skills. He is a friendly and patient man and very experienced in Ayurvedic massages. Other Ayur Centre staff, Ajay, Sindhu and Linu are also very friendly and patient to customers. The ambience at Ayur Centre Bedok is relaxing and calm.
